为什么中国人说成吉思汗是中国的帝王？

Yes we all know that Genghis Khan was the king of Mongol
是的我们都知道成吉思汗是位蒙古帝王
Yes we all know his sons conquered China, and slaved Chinese people
是的我们都知道他的后代征服了中国和奴役了中国人
Yes we all know that the country of Mongol still exist
是的我们都知道蒙古国至今依然存在
Then how come...Chinese say that...
但为什么中国人说。。。
1.Genghis Khan is the king of China?
<then Hitler would be the president of France>
成吉思汗是中国的帝王？
<那么希特勒是否是法兰西的总统？>
2.Yuan Empire, the kingdom built and ruled by Mongol people, to be the Chinese country?
<then India should say that the British Empire was belong to India in 19th century, since Britain queen was also the queen of India>
元帝国，一个蒙古人建立的国家，是中国的国家？
<那么印度应该说英帝国在19世纪属于印度，英女王是印度人>

It seems that Chinese have a serious memory issue...
看来这个民族的记忆力出了问题。。。
it seems that they forgot Genghis Khan and his sons
看来他们忘记了成吉思汗和他的后代
called Chinese 'slaves & monkeys & weeklings'
把中国人称为“奴隶 & 猴子 & 懦夫”
It seems that Chinese people forgot their ancestors fought
against Mongol to gain back independence
看来中国人忘记了他们的祖先抵抗蒙古取得独立
or...am I missing something here?
亦或是。。。我以上遗漏了什么？
